- In the area of intellectual property, Will’s experience includes advising clients on matters relating to trademarks, copyright, and advertising.
- His experience also includes the formation, financing, and operation of start-up companies.
- Will advises businesses of all sizes on Federal and state securities law compliance and advises alcohol beverage distributors on state alcohol beverage control regulations.
- Will conducts research and advises motor fuel distributors on the Petroleum Marketing Practices Act.
- Additionally, Will has experience in a wide variety of corporate and transactional matters including negotiating national supply contracts and sponsorship agreements.
