Sandy's practice is concentrated in the areas of commercial real estate, corporate and public finance, condominium and community development projects and in the representation of tax-exempt organizations.
- Sandy regularly represents a national quick service restaurant in leasing and development matters. Her work for this client has included the development of more than forty projects in ten states.
- She represents developers in the creation of condominiums in the City of St. Louis and St. Louis County, including condominium association related matters and formation of developing entities.
- Sandy has represented borrowers, underwriters, and governmental issuers in numerous tax-exempt state, municipal, and public authority bond financings for tax-exempt organizations.
- She regularly counsels the lending branch of a national church denomination with its loan program to congregations, high schools, colleges, and service organizations located throughout the country, including the drafting, preparation, and review of loan, security, work-out, and title related documentation.
