Michael LaBroad is a marketing consultant with significant experience in professional sports and higher education.  Michael has led and directed a wide range of nationally recognized marketing efforts for Anheuser-Busch, Bass Pro Shops, and the National Hockey League.

 

Previous Experience

During his 20+ year career at Anheuser-Busch, he held many senior marketing positions, including Vice President of Marketing for its flagship brand, Budweiser. He also guided their theme park division, SeaWorld and Busch Gardens, through its fastest and largest attendance and revenue growth period.

 

Michael also served as the Chief Marketing Officer at Bass Pro Shops and the National Hockey League.

 

Honors and Accomplishments

Michael is the only US marketer to receive Brand Week publication’s Brand Builder Award three times for three different brand marketing efforts.

He has also received numerous creative awards and was responsible for the most popular television ad campaign in history, the Budweiser Lizards.

 

Community Involvement

Michael is active in numerous charities and serves on a number of for-profit Boards. He also serves as a keynote speaker at many national seminars, as well as for universities and corporate training events.
