Mike’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation for a variety of clients.
- Mike’s practice includes civil litigation involving contracts, torts, securities, antitrust, franchising, intellectual property, insurance, real estate, shareholder disputes, corporate and environmental matters.
- Mike has extensive jury trial experience in both state and federal courts and substantial experience representing clients in commercial arbitration proceedings.
- He is admitted to practice in the courts in Missouri, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth, Seventh and Eighth Circuits.
- Mike’s experience also includes having been a law clerk to the then Chief Judge of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri, the Honorable James H. Meredith.
