Participating in numerous searches for key personnel, Mick Ferrari brings hands-on experience in attracting outstanding leadership for colleges and universities. During his academic career, ten individuals on his administrative teams went on to become college or university presidents. Mick’s search activities are focused on college and university presidents as well as provost, vice president, dean and athletic director positions.
