Kathy’s practice focuses on a general corporate practice with an emphasis in finance and real estate.
Representative Work
- Kathy’s finance practice includes representation of both financial institutions and borrowers and has included commercial and residential real estate financing, affordable housing financing, asset based lending, letter of credit financing, tax-free bond financing, transportation, oil and gas and agricultural lending and foreclosures and commercial workouts.
- Her real estate practice includes acquisition and development work in connection with commercial office projects, shopping centers, condominiums, apartment projects, office/warehouse projects, leasing and construction contracts.
- In 2007 alone, Kathy served as lead counsel for the disposition of over 150 fee and leasehold restaurant properties and related assets nation-wide for a national restaurant company.
- Kathy’s acquisition work has involved both publicly and privately owned properties in connection with the development of the St. Louis MetroLink Project and the City Development Agency in administering and implementing Community Block Grant and other federal funding programs.
