Jennifer’s practice focuses in the area of general civil litigation, including land use and real estate litigation, employment discrimination and civil rights litigation, and municipal and administrative law.
- Jennifer is a former Staff Attorney for the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit. She represents clients in all stages of litigation in state and federal court. Her experience also includes arguing appeals before state appellate courts and representing clients before a variety of administrative agencies.
- Jennifer represents real estate developers, nonprofit entities, and governmental bodies in land use matters, tax appeals and eminent domain proceedings.
- Her practice includes employment discrimination and civil rights litigation involving federal and state statutes such as Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, ERISA and the Missouri Human Rights Act.
- Jennifer also has extensive complex-litigation experience in the areas of antitrust, corporate governance, title insurance and RICO.
- Jennifer is admitted to practice before all Missouri and Illinois state courts; the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit; the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri and the Western District of Missouri; and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Illinois.
