Jeff represents public and private entities, developers, nonprofit organizations and individuals in matters involving real estate development, corporate law, land use, and municipal law.

• Jeff has actively participated in a number of public-private development projects involving a variety of tax incentives including the creation of a 180-acre Chapter 353 redevelopment area in midtown St. Louis.
• Jeff has extensive experience with land use issues including annexation, rezoning, easements, condominium documents and subdivision indentures.
• His experience includes negotiating leases and purchase contracts throughout the country for a national quick service restaurant company.
• Additionally, Jeff has experience in a wide variety of corporate and transactional matters including negotiating national supply contracts and sponsorship agreements.
