Jackie’s practice focuses in the areas of estate planning, trusts, probate and tax law, including special expertise in tax planning and charitable giving.
- Jackie has substantial experience in handling many types of sophisticated estate planning matters involving the planning and drafting of wills and trusts, charitable trusts and other charitable giving arrangements, life insurance trusts, trusts for gift planning, and specialized tax planning trusts such as qualified personal residence trusts and grantor retained annuity trusts.
- With regard to planned giving, Jackie has experience with the creation and implementation of planned giving arrangements and is well-versed in the tax laws applicable to gifts to tax-exempt organizations.
- Jackie routinely handles the administration of estates and trust and the preparation of estate and gift tax returns as well as fiduciary income tax returns.
