Harvey’s practice focuses on real estate development, banking and finance, partnership law and syndication, charitable giving, entertainment law, business succession, insurance and estate planning.
- Harvey was founding counsel for the St. Louis Equity Fund and the St. Louis Housing Assistance Plan, including design of the original programs, financing and legal format for implementation.
- He served as counsel for major development projects, including the Renaissance Grand Hotel, Fox Theatre, Convention Plaza, Gateway Mall, DeBaliviere Place, and LeChateau/Frontenac Hilton Hotel.
- Harvey has extensive development experience utilizing various federal and state tax incentives including tax increment financing associated with the redevelopment of the Humbolt Building in Grand Center, the Renaissance Grand Hotel, the Washington Avenue 353 and TIF awards, and the St. Charles Fountain Lakes development.
- He regularly serves as a senior counselor to business executives and owners in succession planning and estate planning.
