Kent’s practice focuses on general business litigation with particular expertise in employment law and labor relations.

• Kent's practice includes representation of a wide range of clients in general business litigation.
• He has extensive experience in representing employers in labor/management relations and employment issues, including employment and benefits related litigation.
• Kent represents numerous employers in wrongful discharge and discrimination claims in state and federal courts and before administrative agencies.
• Kent is admitted to practice before all Missouri state courts, the U.S. Supreme Court, the Eighth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals, the District of Columbia U.S. Court of Appeals, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri and the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Missouri.
