- Greg’s banking and lending practice includes representation of lenders in real estate and commercial financing, and in enforcing their rights and remedies, including bankruptcy and loan workouts.
- Greg regularly represents clients in all aspects of litigation in state and federal trial courts, including bankruptcy courts, as well as state appellate courts.
- His real estate practice includes acquisition and development work, leasing, and construction contracts and litigation.
- Greg is admitted to practice before all Missouri and Illinois state courts, the Eighth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals, and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri.
