Our Employment Law attorneys advise our nonprofit clients on many aspects of employment law, including preparation of employment agreements and policy manuals, employee benefits, including group health and cafeteria plans. We also defend clients against employment related claims, including those based upon sexual misconduct or sexual harassment. One of our attorneys authored the employment law section of a recent publication sponsored by the Nonprofit Organizations Committee of the American Bar Association.
