Employment Law

Our Employment Law attorneys assist local, regional and national clients with avoiding liability under the many federal and state employment laws. In the regulated environment of employment, our attorneys work with employers to identify and address issues arising under federal and state anti-discrimination laws, such as Title VII, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Americans With Disabilities Act, the Equal Pay Act, as well as other federal employment-related acts, such as the Family and Medical Leave Act and COBRA.
