Emily practices in the areas of general business law, immigration, estate planning, and the representation of nonprofit organizations. Her business practice includes corporate law, real estate and finance. In the area of immigration, Emily assists employers with employment-based visas of all types and on permanent residency. With regard to estate planning, Emily focuses on estate and gift tax planning and the drafting of wills, trusts and other estate planning documents. Emily assists nonprofit clients with regard to corporate formation, tax-exemption and general inquiries.
