For these clients, Doreen provides corporate advice, including assistance with contracts and agreements; employment counsel, including the prevention of problems and employment-related litigation; general litigation counsel; and other general corporate representation.

- Doreen represents various health care providers, including free-standing health care facilities, outpatient health service providers and physician groups before regulatory agencies, professional licensing committees and on applications for Certificate of Need.
- Doreen has represented Southern Illinois University School of Law Carbondale and the NCAA in several litigation matters.
- She is admitted to practice before all state courts in Missouri, the U.S. Supreme Court, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit and the U.S. District Court for the Western and Eastern Districts of Missouri.
