Charla practices in the areas of intellectual property, advertising law, social media and higher education.
- Charla’s experience includes advising clients on matters relating to trademarks, copyright and advertising. Particularly, she reviews print and online advertising, social media strategies, and helps establish sweepstakes and gift card promotions.
- In addition to her IP practice, Charla works with the Firm’s Higher Education Practice Group to assist clients regarding issues surrounding governance, development, finance, intellectual property, the administration of charitable funds, and financial restructuring.
