Charla practices in the areas of real estate development, intellectual property, and higher education.

• Charla assists clients in real estate development matters including the acquisition, sale, development, leasing, subleasing, financing, construction and management of commercial, residential, and industrial developments.
• In addition to her real estate practice, Charla works with the Firm’s Higher Education Practice Group to assist clients regarding issues surrounding governance, development, finance, intellectual property, the administration of charitable funds, and financial restructuring.
• In the area of intellectual property, Charla’s experience includes advising clients on matters relating to trademarks, copyright and advertising.
