- Representation of an equity fund in efforts to build multi-million dollar fund each year. Investors include major corporations and banks. Funds are used in the development of low-income housing projects utilizing Federal and state tax credits
- Representation of the largest nonprofit organization in St. Louis, as reported by the St. Louis Business Journal, in connection with its business of acquiring, constructing and operating elderly housing campuses throughout Missouri and Illinois
- Representation of gasoline distributor in acquisition of all service stations in the St. Louis Metropolitan area from major world oil companies leaving the St. Louis market
- Representation of a bank holding company in connection with compliance with regulations under the Federal Bank Holding Company Act
- Representation of purchasers of various alcohol beverage distributorships in Missouri, Arkansas, and Virginia, ranging in size from $20–$50 million
- Representation of a steel pipe manufacturer in a joint venture with a German steel pipe manufacturer
- Representation of global alcohol and non-alcohol malt beverage, energy drink, and entertainment company:
- Negotiation of over ten multi-million dollar preferred pricing and equipment supply agreements

- Preparation and negotiation of hundreds of agreements with producers, directors, and designers for all aspects of various entertainment shows to be performed at the company-owned adventure parks
- Representation of a national quick service restaurant chain in the negotiation and preparation of hundreds of sponsorship agreements for local, regional and national sporting events, sports teams, and entertainment events
- Representation of a national theme amusement park company in numerous sponsorship, promotion, supply and services agreements
- Representation of clients in the investment in several early stage businesses, including companies specializing in biotechnology, internet, clothing, and exercise equipment
