K. Edward Holderle III, partner with The Stolar Partnership, was elected to a one-year term as chairman of the board of trustees of Eureka College, Eureka, Illinois, effective July 1, 2008.
Holderle, who practices primarily in nonprofit law and finance, is serving the fourth year of a six-year term on the board. He was vice chairman of the board for two years.
Eureka College is a private, four-year liberal arts and sciences college that offers academic degrees in a wide area of the sciences, mathmatics, business administration, social sciences, fine and performing arts, humanities and education. The college is affiliated with the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ). It was chartered in 1855.
