Our attorneys provide counsel to a range of banking and lending clients, as well as corporate clients seeking financing. Our attorneys are experienced in structuring and documenting sophisticated financial transactions including line of credit, revolving credit, and asset based loan transactions, wrap loans, multi-bank loan participations, multi-modal and multi-currency transactions, and other forms of commercial and real estate financing activities.
We have represented our clients before the Federal Reserve Board, Comptroller of the Currency, state banking regulators, and other regulatory agencies. We have organized state-chartered banks and multi-bank holding companies, and have handled the acquisition of banks and bank holding companies in Missouri, Kansas, and Illinois in cash purchase transactions and stock-swap mergers.
